Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading client, a major real estate developer, who is looking to hire a highly talented Sales Consultant.
You will be committed to one of the most luxurious and prestigious residential projects in the world with properties starting from a minimum of AED 20M upwards.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at a minimum of 4 years exposure to the residential real estate market as well as sold individual properties worth AED 10M. You should have strong knowledge of the market long with exceptional English language skills. You should have good negotiation skills and be highly presentable. You should also be target driven with the ability to work to short deadlines, have exceptional presentation skills, strong communication skills and understanding of the sales methods. You should have the ability to open new markets and be willing to travel consistently to visit clients and brokers. In addition, the successful candidate should have their own network or brokers/business introducers and leads. Due to the nature of this role, it is essential to have a contact book of HNWIs willing to invest.
