Job description / Role
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers and teammates.
- Direct and motivate the consultants towards meeting their goals, targets and their maximum potentials effective brokers
- Guide and support the consultant in arranging client meetings and do follow up with the team to ensure that the goal is met
- Support the consultants in negotiating deals and assisting them with the right process such as NOC, and transfer at DLD
- Create an atmosphere that promotes good team work, professional ethics and positive vibes to keep the team motivated
- Stay updated about the real estate market by being active in different industry meeting and project launches to continuously develop professional networks
- Good skill in delegation and management of leads and listings
- Develop relationships with real estate developers and third parties
- At least 3 years of successful experience in Real Estate industry
- Good leadership Skill
- Highly motivated individual
- Positive outlook with good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Could join immediately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team leader (up to 15 People)
