Real Estate Sales Manager

Are you a successful Real Estate Broker who is looking for the next step in your career? 

Our client due to continued success and expansion is looking for an experienced Real Estate Broker to join their Dubai office as a Sales Manager to lead their secondary market team. 

Ideally, they are looking for someone who has management experience within the Real Estate industry and has a good understanding of the secondary real estate market. 

The successful individual MUST have a minimum of 2 years previous experience within the Dubai Real Estate market. 

Working Hours:
- Full time

The successful Sales Manager will be offered: 
- 10,000 -15,000 AED basic (per month)
- 37,500 AED - 47,500 AED OTE (per month)
- Working visa
- Medical insurance 
- Office equipment

Responsibilities for the role of a Property Management Manager:
- Managing and developing the broker team
- Recruiting new brokers into the team to meet the companies growth plans 
- Taking team meetings
- Setting the brokers KPI’s and ensuring the team meets them 
- Coaching and training

- Previous Sales Manager experience in Real Estate in Dubai
- Good knowledge of secondary market
- Experience in managing, coaching and developing a team
- Strong interpersonal skills 
- Being a good communicator 
- Recruitment.

Salary:
AED 37,500 to 47,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
