About the Company:
Our client is a fast-growing real estate development in Dubai, rapidly expanding its portfolio of residential and commercial properties. With a strong focus on innovation and quality, they are looking for a Sales Manager who can quickly build and lead a high-performing sales team, drive revenue and contribute to the company’s dynamic growth in the competitive Dubai real estate market.
Position Overview:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for not only driving sales and developing strategies to achieve targets but also quickly building and leading a sales team that can deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding company and help shape the sales department from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for residential and commercial properties.
- Build, lead, and manage a sales team, ensuring strong performance and alignment with business goals.
- Recruit and onboard new sales team members to support company growth and expansion.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with buyers, investors and real estate agents to drive sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies to seize opportunities and maximize revenue.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective campaigns, sales materials and promotional activities.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses and site visits to promote developments.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.
- Ensure all sales activities are compliant with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- At least 1-3 year of experience in a manager-level sales role, with proven ability to build and lead a sales team.
- Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and industry trends.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- A UAE driving license and own car are a plus.
