Salary: up to 20K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission

About the Client:
A licensed full-service brokerage in Dubai, specializing in property sales, rentals, and investments.

Job Description:
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve targets and deliver exceptional client service.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue, expand market share, and stay ahead of competitors.
• Build strong client relationships while representing the company at events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
• Track performance and market trends, providing regular reports, forecasts, and insights to management.

• 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a sales Manager in real estate, with strong knowledge of the UAE market.
• Proven leader with strong communication, and negotiation skills, consistently driving high-performing sales teams to exceed targets

Salary:
AED 19,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
