Reputed Real Estate company in Dubai is looking to hire a Real Estate Sales & Operations Manager.
The Candidate is expected to have the following competencies:
- Excellent Communication Skills in English and Arabic (preferred)
- Experienced in marketing and developing business
- Ability to connect with decision-makers and build opportunities and relationships
- Meet sales goals
Requirements
Requirement:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Real Estate.
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Word.
- UAE Driving License is a must.
- Experienced leadership skills
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Coaching and performance monitoring to agents
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the company’s Managing Director
- Excellent Training skills
