Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global elite law firm who is looking to hire a Real Estate Solicitor with 5 - 9 PQE / Senior Associate to bolster its existing offering in Dubai. The firm would be interested in strong Common Law qualified candidates with international law firm experience, coming from a leading UK or Australian law firm, either in the region or looking to relocate.
The role will involve working closely with the lead partner in Dubai, in relation to a focus on a range of real estate and real estate finance work, covering acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing and management. The firm acts for the largest clients both regionally and internationally so have an excellent portfolio and the highest calibre work in the region.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a Common Law qualified solicitor with demonstrable real estate experience at the 5 - 9 PQE level with experience gained at a legal directories leading UK, Australia or US law firm in the UAE, UK or Australia. The role involves supporting / working closely with a leading partner, so experience leading on transactions and dealing with clients is essential.
