Job description / Role
The Real Estate Specialist is responsible for supporting in identifying prospective retail locations,brand's allocation and department's need to ensure a smooth and prompt delivery of projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain and update records of mall’s, marketing materials, competitors’ expansion plan and location.
- Track the lease agreements for renewals by managing the follow-up with Mall Management.
- Support in identifying and proposing brands that suitably suits within the new prospective mall.
- Establish, enhance and maintain strong relationships with the landlords and developers.
- Prepare and follow up on Store Validation Report for potential new stores, stores for renovation and stores for closure in close coordination with Local and Regional Finance department.
- Support in analyzing Real Estate projects in order to ensure that right markets are validated accurately.
- Provide support and research on existing and under construction locations, malls and retail areas.
- Prepare presentation of expansion plans, terms and conditions in order to have all financial figures ready for the Proposal to the Advisory Boards.
- Prepare Brand Portfolio expansion plans, layouts and contracts for review by the Country Manager.
- Support and Assist in identifying all current and future Real Estate Requirements to ensure that the company and country’s expansion plans are achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 2 Years of experience in Administration or a similar field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English
