Real Estate/Tele Caller/Portfolio Manager: Indian Origin
Roles and Responsibilities
The hired candidate will join Square Yards Abu Dhabi Office and will be responsible for Real estate Investment And Property sales to NRI back in India and in Dubai/Abu Dhabi UAE.
Main KRA: Real estate sales and Lead generation Abu Dhabi
• Generating 3 to 5 Appointments on a daily basis VIA cold calling
• Doing Minimum 3 Actual Client meetings every day.
• For the team Handling Profile, the Team Manager is responsible for hiring his/her own team and the achievement of Teams Daily KRA.
• Responsible for Minimum Meetings Target Achievement and a minimum of 4x of salary for Incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
AED 2,500 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Candidate should possess some sales experience with banking/insurance/real estate/FMCG/commodity
• Should be proficient and flexible with work timings and adaptability of work pressure.
• Should possess cold calling approach with desired KRA
