Job description / Role
Al Ain Finance Company, a newly established finance company in Abu Dhabi is seeking talented, experienced and high caliber candidates for the role of Receivable Finance Clerk
Principal responsibilities
• Prepare and check invoices, credit notes, accompanying documents such as Bills of Lading, Inspection Certificate, proof of delivery and process them to the system
• Reconcile clients' Ledgers
• Monitor Receivables’ due dates
• Prepare agreements and notifications letters
• Calculate availability of the client & request the financing in the system
• Produce and mail client reports
• Produce Internal - External reports
• Perform other general clerical duties
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years general banking experience, preferably with knowledge and experience in trade services operations
• Graduates degree holders preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English Language skills with preference for Arabic Speakers
• Detail conscious and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A good team player
