Receiving Clerk/Storekeeper

Job description / Role

You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of l administrative duties to support Finance & Purchasing Department

What you will be doing:

- Properly accounting for the location of incoming goods
- Assuring no damaged items are sent or received
- Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list
- Updating the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory
- Packaging products for return to vendors and filling out any paperwork necessary
- Ensure compliance to the SOPs related to Store Keeping

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Should have min. 2 years experience in similar capacity for 5 Star Hotel in UAE
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work in a busy work schedule.
- Should have eye to detail in order to add value to continuous improvement of the department processes and procedures.
