We are seeking a highly organised and professional receptionist to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth communication within our office. Reception Staff will manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, and support various administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our team in the fast-paced real estate environment of Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests as they arrive at the office, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, maintaining professionalism and clarity in communication.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, well-organised, and equipped with necessary materials such as brochures etc.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for staff, using calendar management tools to optimise time and resources.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of client interactions and inquiries in the company database.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to support office operations, including inventory management of office supplies.
- Provide support for events and open houses, helping to coordinate logistics and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies regarding data protection.
- Provide feedback to management on operational improvements and client service strategies to enhance overall effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role, preferably within the real estate or professional services industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new challenges as they arise.
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai is an advantage but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or customer service are preferred.

Salary:
AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
