Job description / Role
Receptionist required for a luxury car showroom temporarily for a period of 1 month with a possibility of extension depending on performance.
1) Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the showroom
2) Direct visitors to the appropriate person
3) Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
4) Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
5) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
6) Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
7) Maintain showroom security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
8) Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Requirements
1) Must have their own visa
2) Bilingual (English & Arabic speaker)
3) Available to join immediately
4) Pro active and friendly personality
5) Candidates are needed for 2 showrooms (Abu Dhabi and Dubai)
