Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for managing the reception area and providing administrative support to the HR departments as well as acting as the point of contact for Seddiqi Holding Employees.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Act as the SPOC and provide timely assistance to colleagues on HR related queries.
- Prepare offer packages, benefit packages and employee related correspondence and Salary Certificates, Employee Certificates, NOC.
- Coordinate employee enrolments, cancellation and claim payments.
- Prepare employee census information for insurance policy renewal. Liaise with Insurance providers.
- Coordinate new hire documentation and welcome kits.
- Assist in preparation of special events within the Department.
- Manage diary of HR Director including scheduling appointments and meetings and preparing documentation for meetings.
- Attend, minute and document actions from the weekly meeting.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team including preparing letters, memos, correspondence, reports, presentations, copying, scanning, mailing, invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Maintain an organized filing system for employee files, correspondence, policies and employment applications.
- Screen direct telephone calls, answer questions from employees regarding HR policies, requirements. Respond to employment verification requests.
- Act as the Custodian of HRSS. Follow-up to ensure posted requests are completed and status duly updated on the respective trackers.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Degree

Minimum Experience

- 3 years of related experience with at least 1-3 years experience in administration and management

Job-Specific Skills

- Excellent IT Skills, esp. in MS Word & Excel; accuracy and strong attention to details.
- Knowledge of corporate Policies and UAE Labor Law
- Accuracy and strong attention to details

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

Language
- English, preferably (can speak Arabic)
