Job description / Role
We are looking for a Receptionist who will be expected to perform the below:
• Ensure guests are given a first-class service;
• Manage catering operations during meetings and all other corporate functions;
• Manage requisition of supplies and office equipment and maintaining proper stock levels;
• Arrange for official mails, courier and deliveries;
• Maintain close working relationships with all department coordinators;
• Supervise office support staff (i.e., Office Assistants, Drivers, Cleaners);
• Oversee maintenance of showroom / sales suites;
• Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
We require a dynamic, well-presented candidate with strong English communication skills. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in reception / front desk are encouraged to apply.
