Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Taylor Sterling is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Document Controller to be the first point of contact for an established development firm in UAE. You will be providing an efficient and professional reception and general administrative support to all departments.

Duties:
- Meet & greet visitors in a friendly & polite manner. Answer all incoming calls & respond to queries.
- Provide information to callers
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- General administrative and clerical support
- Prepare letters and documents i.e. courier, etc.
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- Maintain office stationery and consumables

Other duties and responsibilities:
- Undertake such other duties and tasks as may lie within the scope of this post to ensure the effective delivery of the job, i.e.
- Continually develop an understanding of the company’s culture, products, ethical initiatives, other areas of business, and reflect this in everyday performance

Requirements

- At least 2 years relevant experience
- College Graduate with pleasing personality
- Proficient in MS Office Applications i.e. Word & Excel, knowledge in PowerPoint is a plus.
- Trustworthy
- Ability to deal and communicate at all level
- A polite and friendly manner with good telephone etiquette
- Strong efficiency and punctuality
- Good organizational skills
- Must be Mature and professional
