Our client is an innovative, Management Consultancy and Finance Specialist firm with a strong global presence. Delivering solutions and creating opportunities, this is an opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to be a part of the office based in the prestigious DIFC.
The role effectively manages all the correspondence for the office and requires accurate and timely input of information into the database. Reporting into the Office Manager, the role is based at the Reception and the successful applicant will be the “face” and the “voice” of the company and must ensure all calls and visitors to the office are met with courtesy and professionalism. Strong organisational skills will be required to manage meeting room requests and coordinate travel bookings for the team.
Candidates should be highly presented with a very corporate approach who can act as a role model and ambassador for the firm.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the UAE and must be on their husband’s sponsorship. You also must be fluent in English and the ability to speak and write Arabic is preferred but not essential. Proactivity and the ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy are paramount as a professional and corporate appearance in line with company image.
