* Answer and transferring calls.
* Taking important messages down.
* Maintaining calendars and schedule events.
* Plan and set up meetings with clients and customers.
* Managing correspondence.
* Dealing with administration tasks.
* Providing excellent customer care service to clients.

* 2-4 years PQE as a Receptionist/ Admin Role.
* Multinational experience is essential.
* Proficiency in Arabic would be beneficial, however not essential.
