Job description / Role
My client, an established company based in JLT is recruiting for a Receptionist. Responsibilities of the position include:
1) Answer phones and operate a switchboard, route calls to specific people and answer inquiries about company.
2) Greet visitors/clients warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
3) Coordinate the flow of mail and goods in and out of office.
4) Coordinate office activities and arrange appointments.
5) Manage and record petty cash expenses
6) Look after administrative matters as necessary
Salary:
AED
13,000 to 14,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following:
1) Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
2) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
3) Professional attitude and appearance
4) Solid written and verbal communication skills
5) Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
6) Excellent organizational skills
