Job description / Role
We are urgently seeking a Corporate Receptionist for our client an investment company based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
You will be responsible for managing the front of house and meeting rooms of this professional company, also assisting the Office Manager with administration tasks as required, typical duties to include; answering incoming calls and taking messages, keeping the conference rooms in order at all times, greeting clients, making drinks, overlook pantry & stationery orders, liaising with courier and all other duties associated to the smooth running of the Reception.
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Other administration duties to include; general secretarial and PA support to the team; typing and formatting, assisting the team; managing travel, visa requirements, registering for conference and events, business cards. Assisting with finance; billing, invoicing, expense claim forms, supplier set up. Assisting with marketing activities; logistics for events, coordinating with the team, sending invites to clients. Assisting HR with new joiners and employee personal files. Assisting with filing, scanning, copying and binding. Handling all calendar appointments, teleconference, meeting arrangements and weekly capacity emails. Making arrangements for visitors.
The successful candidate will been immaculately presented and professional, have native English language skills, conversational Arabic speaking skills is desired but not essential.
Previous experience working in an office environment, managing a switchboard and knowledge of MS office applications is essential. You must be available to interview and start immediately.
