Job description / Role
We are looking for a full time Receptionist at our Office.
• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls Receiving visitors at the front desk and answers their queries.
• Receiving and sorting daily mails and distribute to concerned persons/departments.
• Provide information about company products and services to customer’s in-person and via phone/email.
Job Requirements:
• Candidates with one year experience in Reception /Front Desk.
• Customer service attitude needed for candidates.
• Multitasking and time-management skills required. Candidate must have excellent organizational skills.
Requirements
Basic Requirement:
• Good Command of English as well as Arabic
• Able to perform translation from Arabic to English and Vice Versa
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
