Employment: Full Time

Based in Jebel Ali, our client is a manufacturing organisation with a European Headquarters and a team of approximately 60 employees in the Dubai office. The role of the Receptionist will report into the HR & Administration Manager and will be the first point of contact for all visitors, staff and couriers. It requires an individual with a happy disposition, great communication skills and the ability to maintain high presentation standards in the Reception area and manage an additional administrative workload.

The Receptionist will be responsible for embodying the company’s brand standards and warmly welcoming all visitors, as well as taking ownership of all front of house communications with each of the internal departments, external partners, couriers and vendors in person, over the phone and via email correspondence. Ensuring all messages and correspondence are distributed accurately and efficiently to the appropriate recipients as well as completing required data entry, calendar coordination, maintaining meeting room schedules and recording visitors entering and leaving the office, this role will also assist the HR Manager with additional HR projects. These may include tasks such as researching medical policies, updating employee records, advertising current vacancies, fielding job applications and updating the internal HRIS.

Requirements

Therefore, the most suitable individual will have previous exposure within a Front of Office and HR Administrative role and possess strong communication skills with fluency in the English language. You will be an outgoing and team orientated individual with a collaborative approach to all you do, remaining proactive to resolve issues before they arise. This is a great role for those wishing to take steps towards a HR position in the future from a general Reception and Administrative role and is the opportunity to work with a very inclusive Manager.
