Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Based in Dubai’s financial district, our client is a global, professional services entity and is looking for a true professional who is able to represent the company and its ethos. This is a busy front office with many visitors and we are seeking individuals who have had significant exposure to senior professionals and are capable of managing a diverse array of tasks at one time.

The key focus of the role is to be the main point of contact for all visitors to the office; welcoming and assisting them to locate appropriate staff members, resources and / or facilities. Additional elements of the role include, management of hotel bookings and airport pick up for visitors, coordinating VC requests from consultants, supporting office events for clients and provide full administration support for the Executive Assistants. The role is also responsible for maintaining preferred suppliers list for local hotels and suppliers and tracking efficiency/price and quality. There will also be coordination with facilities management on all IT matters and office operations. You will maintain stationary stock, first aid kit and oversee deliveries of pantry supplies, water deliveries and coffee machine replenishment.

Requirements

We are seeking someone who enjoys being part of a strong team and takes ownership of their role, with a genuine interest in assisting clients and driving positive change for the better. You will be sensitive to people and respect the confidential nature of meetings and requests. The team works collaboratively, and no responsibility should be too big or small, this includes assisting with the printing and binding of briefs, database work or just making coffee for visitors.
