Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is currently working with an international award-winning organisation within the Construction Industry who is looking to hire a Receptionist/Administrator to join their office in Dubai.

As the Receptionist, your main duties will be but are not limited to, welcoming visitors into the business with a warm, friendly and professional manner, making outbound and answering incoming calls as well as passing on messages within a timely manner. In addition, you will handle all generic emails and ensure to delegate these to the correct point of contact. You will also manage travel bookings and booking appointments/reservations, as well as other administrative tasks and ad hoc duties when required.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a Customer Service or Administrative Position. You must also have exceptional customer service skills and excellent telephone manner. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written are essential.
