Receptionist

Job description / Role

Irwin & Dow are working in partnership with a global UHNW family group, that has a diversified business portfolio, as they expand their presence in the region. We are seeking a highly presentable and client facing individual to be the front of house ambassador for the office, welcoming visitors and ensuring the Reception is well maintained.

• The role effectively manages all the correspondence for the office and requires accurate and timely input of information regarding who is coming into the office, the purpose of visit and consequent follow up of meetings and returning of calls.
• You will also manage meeting rooms, organisation of lunches and oversee the actions of all 3rd party service providers, such as cleaners, IT support, etc.
• Strong organizational skills will be required along with diplomacy.

Requirements

• The main requirement for this role is someone with excellent communication and customer service skills and teamwork ability.
• It is a pre-requisite that candidates are completely fluent in Russian with very strong English language communication skills.
• This person will work alone in the front of house role so they need to be a self-starter and prepared for varying degrees of activity.
• Candidates should be highly presented with a very corporate approach and who are confident working with UHNW clientele.
