Employment: Full Time

Job Summary:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing the bank with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client and Visitor Interaction:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk by answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls, taking messages, and providing information as needed.
- Ensure all visitors are properly registered and directed to the appropriate person or department.

Administrative Support:
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Customer Service:
- Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors regarding the bank’s services and facilities.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Security and Compliance:
- Follow security procedures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of client and bank information.
- Monitor access to the building and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
