Job description / Role
Job title: Receptionist
Reports to: HR Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Purpose:
Primary job is to take care of walk-in customers, attend customers phone calls and answer them politely with complete satisfaction, ensure office reception tidiness, cleanliness and supports employees on administration work. Responsible for logistics courier arrangement, travel arrangements, pantry and office supplies, enters details in SAGE ERP as per guidelines.
Requirements:

- Excellent Communication & Customer service skills
- Good presentation Skills
- Good Telephone Etiquettes skills
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to manage tactfully customer complaints or queries
- Well organized, disciplined, Coordinating, Supporting, presentable
Education and Experience:
- Higher School Diploma / Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- 3 years as Receptionist or Office assistant having managed entire office upkeep and general administration work.
