Position Title: Receptionist cum Customer Service
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai-based rental service offering cars, yachts, and water sports equipment.

Job Description:
- Greet customers and assist with their rental needs, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle reservations, including bookings, modifications, and cancellations, and verify customer details.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process, inspect vehicles, document damage, and complete paperwork.
- Oversee vehicle availability, track inventory, and coordinate with maintenance to keep vehicles clean and ready.
- Maintain accurate rental records, prepare reports, and assist with administrative tasks. Provide information on vehicle features, rental policies, and local attractions, and offer recommendations.

- Open to Filipino and CIS nationalities
- Female, 35 years and below
- Must have previous experience in customer facing role - hospitality, corporate or a similar/related industry.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and rental management software.
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
