Position Title: Receptionist

Salary: up to 2K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

- Provide prompt and courteous service to members and guests, ensuring their satisfaction and adherence to club standards.
- Maintain professionalism in conduct, appearance, and hygiene, and ensure all staff do the same.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, complaints, and payments, while maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including message delivery, lost-and-found records, and supporting team members as needed.

- Female, 38 years old and below
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the same role
- Organized with ability to manage reservations and payments.
