We’re Hiring: Reception Staff!

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in [list software/tools like Microsoft Office].
• A positive attitude and ability to multitask.
• Prior experience in reception or customer service is a plus.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
