Job description / Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate industry in Abu Dhabi. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment while providing essential administrative support to our team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
- Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments and maintaining the appointment calendar.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide relevant information about our services and properties.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle correspondence, including sorting mail and emails.
- Assist with marketing efforts and promotional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office equipment.
- A positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and local market trends is desirable.
