Position Title: Receptionist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Benefits: as per UAE labor law plus uniform, duty meals & airline tickets

About the Client:
A top-tier Hospitality & Leisure group rooted in Dubai, known for its exquisite offerings and unmatched service.

• Ensure reception desk is manned, operationally prepared and kept tidy, presentable at all times to reflect the club’s image.
• Ensue guest are checking in in the guest registration & manually check members when required.
• Monitor the flow of people coming in and out of the facility
• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally and ensure all calls are attended to appropriately.

Qualifications:
• Open to CIS, European and Arabic nationalities
• 38 years old and below
• Certificate in Customer Service or Certificate in Hospitality
• At least 2 years’ experience in the role of customer service in hospitality

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 5,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
