Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly reputed financial services firm with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Our client is one of the largest in the market and has a huge customer base. Due to a period of maternity leave, they are looking to hire a Receptionist (bilingual Arabic / English) for period of 6 months.
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting all visitors, dealing with clients and any incoming traffic to the building. You will take all telephone calls to the direct switchboard and distribute accordingly as well as ensure the reception area is kept tidy. You will also take tasks as delegated by the Office Manager and be the go to person of the office. Personal presentation is exceptionally important as you will be the face of the organisation.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be fluent in English and Arabic along with a minimum of an A-level qualification. You should be exceptionally well presented and be meticulous in your approach. It is essential you are on a spousal visa and ideally immediately available.
