Job description / Role
- Greet and receive all visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner and inform the concerned colleague that their visitor has arrived.
- Receive incoming calls in a polite manner and ensure the messages are conveyed to staff on an urgent basis.
- Forward proper accurate messages via email in the absence of team members and maintain a record of all messages for future reference.
- Assist the departments and maintain a record of room booking, conference facilities as and when requested for.
- Receive employee courier, accept supplier delivery and maintain documentation including outgoing and incoming courier/faxes.
- Facilitate international/conference phone calls and make sure to have international request form filled up all the time.
- Ensure the Night Service Messages are turned OFF/ON appropriately and messages recorded are forwarded to the appropriate department and Section.
- Conduct regular checks on all reception equipment namely switchboard, faxes etc. for better customer service.
- Maintain a pleasant and tidy reception area and ensure the reception desk is never left unattended during working hours.
Salary:
AED
7000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- University Qualifications: Minimum high school
- Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years experience in a similar role or
- Customer service
- Admin
- Secretary
- Specialist knowledge: Microsoft office
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Well presented
- Excellent communication
- Motivated for career growth
