Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an organized and proactive Receptionist and Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Property Development sector in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees providing a professional environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks. In this role you will answer to the CEO. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring smooth communication and support across various departments, and contributing to a positive working environment.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar of the CEO, ensuring efficient use of time.
• Assist with the preparation of meeting rooms, including setting up equipment and providing necessary materials.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Coordinate office supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary to maintain inventory.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Contribute to team projects and initiatives, providing support to various departments as directed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s services and offerings to effectively communicate with service providers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role, preferably in the property development or real estate industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with office technology.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• A degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred.
• Knowledge of property development processes and terminology is an advantage.
