Job description / Role
- Attend incoming phone calls, transmit and take adequate messages for all office managers and executives.
- Assist the sales & services director, managers and sales consultant in preparing and filing quotations.
- Prepare and register all service contracts.
- Data entry of service contracts in CRM.
- Register customer upon their onboard. Circulate them to the sales director, president, accounting, service operations department and then back to secretary/admin for final filing in cabinets.
- Organize and file all other company’s general documents such as employees, vendors, government etc in proper and discreet manner.
- Arrange properly all office filing cabinets.
- Register and follow up the requirements of printing/stationeries and office supplies by alerting the admin manager for placing orders and purchases.
- Supervise the overall cleaning of the office and make sure that the office is tidy and clean including proper operation of office equipment and tools.
- Properly arrange data files on PC.
AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

- Required to have at least a high school diploma
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate and knows to compose emails
- Atleast1 - 2 years of experience in handling similar role
- Presentable, highly organized, multi tasker and posing a positive attitude
