Receptionist - European National

Job description / Role

Mackenzie Jones is currently working in partnership with a large local group in order to recruit for a receptionist to be based in their new office location in central Dubai.

This role is crucial in ensuring that the highest standard of first impressions are made for every visitor into the business. The office hosts local VIP clients as well as from international locations therefore the level of professionalism is paramount.

You will be responsible for the following duties although will be required to take on additional duties as and when required:
- Meet and greet all visitors into the office and welcome them professionally
- Provide refreshments and escort them to correct location
- Arrange and prepare meeting rooms ensuring that they are presentable and professional
- Manage the switchboard
- Screen telephone calls and direct them to the relevant person
- Manage the facilities in the office
- Administration with regards to filing, typing up important letters/documents

Requirements

To be considered for this role it is essential that you take extreme pride in your appearance and that you are presented immaculately. This is a client facing role and you will be the first face of the business to greet visitors, so personal appearance is extremely important. Due to encouraging diversity within the business, the client is looking for a European candidate.

You must have previous reception experience within a very professional environment and can demonstrate your provision of excellent customer service.

You will also be fully competent on the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Word, Outlook and Excel.
