Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading international law firm who is looking to hire an experienced corporate Receptionist, to cover for Maternity leave.
You will be responsible for general administrative duties such as travel bookings, scheduling and maintaining the meeting rooms as well as screening telephone calls effectively according to the business guidelines. You will be the first point of contact for all clients entering the firm, you will be the face of the firm and therefore a key responsibility of this role will be to maintain the reception area at all times, portraying the correct brand image to clients.
The successful candidate should have proven administrative experience gained within a professional services environment. You should have strong written and verbal English communication skills, preferably with English being your first language. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or receptionist position. This is a superb opportunity to gain further experience within a reputable and prestigious legal firm. Due to the scope and time frame of the role the successful candidate should be currently based in Dubai and on spouses or family sponsorship.
The office is centrally located near the metro and there are various restaurants within easy walking distance.
