Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for management and team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of information.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Immediate Joiner
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Previous experience as a Real Estate receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using office equipment and software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
