Job description / Role
Stock ordering
Responsible for all stock checks, ordering, stock transfer, pricing, licensing. All stock has to be received in system as soon as it is delivered, stock transfers to another salon when needed, train staff from AD salon the stock ordering process.
Stock Municipality Registration
Responsible for ensuring that all products are registered with the Municipality. Pursue & coordinate all required documentation from all concerned parties & submit to our appointed Product Registration agency.
Stock control
Regular stock checks have to be performed to ensure correct levels of stock are reflected in salon and in system. Discrepancies have to be monitored and kept to a minimum. Complete & circulate the Supplier Tracker.
System managemen
Responsible for all shortcuts training across both salons, ensure all services, products, discount codes, service timings and system updates.
Reception cover
Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner and follow client journey as per SOP.
Administration
Docket checks on a daily basis to check for discrepancies, Banking and petty cash management with all receipts cross checked accordingly, weekly and monthly reports produced for both salons as requested, visa and labor documentation managed.
Requirements
Invoice management
• All invoices received in system and passed to Head office in a timely manner and spreadsheets updated accordingly with date sent and date payment was made to supplier. Invoices and suppliers spreadsheet with orders have to be sent every sat with updated information. Train AD staff on invoice management so both salons are following same process.
Reporting
The following Shortcuts reports must be produced & sent to MARK LAWRENCE at the beginning of each month for the completed previous month. They apply to BOTH:
• Trading Summary
• Service Breakdown by Category
• Top Selling Services
• Top Selling Products
• Employee Performance Summary
• Discount Reason Breakdown
