Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Receptionist/Team Administrator will manage the main reception and provide clerical and administrative support to HR & PRO departments, playing a vital role in the smooth running of these departments.

• Creating offer letters, contracts, personnel files, supporting the visa process and renewals
• Liaising with medical insurance providers, submitting claims and following up
• Responsible for company travel booking flights and hotels
• Ensuring files are up to date and organized both hardcopy and electronic
• Meeting and greeting guests, scheduling meetings, booking rooms and facilities
• Attending meetings and taking minutes

Requirements

The successful candidate will have excellent command of the English language and exceptional attention to detail in addition to the following:

• Previous experience on a busy reception and in an admin role ideally with a HR background
• Excellent command of Microsoft office and fast typing skills
• Strong written and oral communication
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
• The ability to multi task and work well under pressure
• Professional, understanding the importance of confidentiality
