Receptionist/Telephone Operator

Job description / Role

The Receptionist being the first point of contact should have a positive attitude reflecting the company's image. To assist in Managing the Reception for both internal and external clients, maintain a positive and proactive attitude to reflect the Company's Image. Shall also assist in providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Requirements

- Must be Female
- Arabic and well-versed in English
- At least 1 year experience as a Receptionist or any Administrative work
- Skills set: Microsoft office, computer literate, business correspondence is an advantage

Our long term strategy is the launch of Pharmax, a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility used as primary packaging, secondary re-packaging and manufacturing from API.
