Job description / Role
Our Client is seeking a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for external and internal customers including VIP guests to the University. You will be responsible for notifying staff of visitor arrivals, directing the visitor appropriately, answering swiftly any phone calls and diverting call, keeping directories updated and dealing with any queries and security issues that may arise.
Requirements
To be shortlisted, you will have prior experience as a receptionist or similar and hold a Bachelors degree. You will be able to communicate at a high level in English and ideally Arabic too.
