Recovery Driver

Job description / Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Recovery Driver to join our automotive support team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting disabled, damaged, or illegally parked vehicles to designated locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to provide top-notch customer service while representing our company.

Responsibilities:
- Operate recovery vehicles to tow or transport vehicles in compliance with UAE traffic laws and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide efficient roadside assistance to customers.
- Inspect and maintain recovery equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and team members to coordinate recovery operations.
- Document service reports, including details of vehicle conditions and any incidents during recovery.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the recovery vehicle and equipment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations during all operations.

- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a recovery or tow truck driver in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle recovery techniques and safety procedures.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness to operate recovery equipment and assist with vehicle handling.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and team collaboration.

Salary:
AED 2,000 to 2,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
