Job Description:
-Oversee daily operations of all recreation facilities (pool, beach, gym, kids club, sports areas), ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
-Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the recreation team while planning and coordinating activities, events, and guest engagement programs.
--Ensure compliance with safety procedures, lifeguard standards, emergency protocols, hotel policies, and local regulations.
-Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback or complaints, manage equipment inventory, and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

-Open to Arabic, Asian or CIS nationals preferably female aged 35 and below.
-Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in recreation management, sports, or leisure operations within 4–5* hotels or resorts.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and guest-service skills; able to manage a team effectively.
-Good communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
