What you will be doing:

- Consistently offer a professional, polished and friendly greeting, and provide engaging service that inspires guests to make true connections with Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai and our colleagues.
- Deliver engaging line-ups to motivate Recreation colleagues and continuously build their awareness, understanding, and performance of the hotels standards and policies.
- Lead, coach and train colleagues for continuous development through daily activities, monthly departmental meetings, one on ones and organized scheduled meetings.
- Ensure the communication between and within all sections is properly done using the right channels of delegation.
- Oversee aspects of the Recreation department including: guest relations, maintenance of all equipment and infrastructure, finances, team and staff development.

Your experience and skills include:

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, within an international brand.
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
- Positive orientation, developing an empowered team and leading the team.
- Excellent command in English / additional language is an advantage.
