Recreation Supervisor

Job description / Role

Are you a passionate, guest-focused, driven leader? Then, we have the job for you! As a Recreation Supervisor. Your main tasks will include performing responsibility is to conduct fitness exercise sessions and Wellness advisor and maintain the fitness center neat and clean. Greet the guests, and anticipate requirements. Comply with the regulations & policies of the Spa & Recreation department.

What you will be doing:
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop safe, effective exercise programs for members and guests according to their needs and goals.
- Be knowledgeable in the instruction protocols for all equipment in the fitness center; cardiovascular, circuit and free weight equipment; know how the equipment "works".

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the position
- Fitness certification / REPS License
- Sound knowledge of fitness instruction.
- Ability to implement the highest standards of public supervision and safety.
- Ability to maintain concentration and alertness during extended periods of duty.
- Ability to portray a positive image of the Spa department at all times.
- Commitment and ability to deliver quality customer service.
- Understanding of the recreation services industry and the services provided within the industry.
