Job description / Role

On behalf of our client a leading international management consultancy who are based in Abu Dhabi we are looking to recruit a in-house recruiter. Reporting to the HR Generalist you will be responsible for maintaining the organization structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all position establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, identifying talent that meets the specific company requirements, matching qualified candidates to client's requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing candidates, screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions and conduct skills testing and reference checks.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a resident of Abu Dhabi and have a minimum of three years in-house/agency recruitment experience recruiting corporate professional candidates
