Cooper Fitch are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Dubai.

Cooper Fitch are the UAE’s largest privately–owned partner-based recruitment, executive search and HR Advisory firm. Cooper Fitch operates across the entire Middle East with a strong local, international and multinational client base that has been built over the last 20 years.

Key Requirements:
• 1 - 5 years of 360 recruitment experience
• Consultative approach to sales
• Previous GCC experience would be an advantage
• Ability and willingness to live and work in Dubai
• Proven track record of consistent billings

Requirements

• Cold Calling prospective clients
• Headhunting candidates
• Lead generation
• 1-5 years experience
• Banking/Finance/Legal/IT experience preferred
• Good attitude towards sales
• Money Hungry
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative
