Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with one of the most innovative organisations in the UAE who are looking to hire several in-house Recruiters on an interim basis.
In this 6 month temporary role you will assist with the full aspects of recruitment on a project basis. This role will require someone that is able to work in a fast paced environment, handling large volumes of recruitment at different levels of seniority. You will need to be able to handle a 360 role and working closely with the HR team and Stakeholders. You will be working to tight deadlines and should have the skill and ability to source for niche roles.
The successful candidate should come from a recruitment background either agency or in-house and have at least 1-3 years’ experience. You should have a proven track record of recruiting as well as being involved in the HR aspects of recruitment.
